This is a 2027 preorder for a dozen +3 Silverudd eggs. The birds are extremely hardy in both cold and hot weather and will hatch in blue, black & splash. It is recommended to test your rooster to be homozygous to ensure the egg color maintains.
I breed for heavily speckled eggs from this specific breed. My lines consist of my original lines, Simply Feathered Acres, Feather Shack Farm & Opry Hill- all whom breed for hardy & healthy birds.
It is important to note that both bloom & speckles vary daily and often times the bloom hides the speckles. All birds on my farm are hatched from heavily speckled eggs & the genetics are there to be passed down to offspring.
